Corporation, Japan and participated in Erection, Commissioning of Project and then Maintenance of Ammonia Plant Instrumentation. The Job requirement was to get the plant erected, commissioned and run smoothly, including administration, Quality Control, Operation and Maintenance.B) Consultant ( Instrumentation Engg. ) for M/S Pan Century Oleochemicals SDN BHD, Malaysia:- * I was Selected for deputation to M/S Pan Century Oleo Chemicals SDN. BHD., Malaysia, for taking up the responsibility of Complete Instrumentation Work of the Oleo Chemical Project as Instrumentation Consultant. The Scope of Work was to Develop and Implement complete Instrumentation Package including basic and detailed specifications, preparing enquiries, selection and ordering , Inspection, Erection and testing , Commissioning of Plant (The Plant was to be installed by M/S Desmet under M/S Berger Technology and Instrument Work was taken out from their Scope). And also establishment of Instrument Deptt. including training of the local staff before handing overC) Jt. Manager ( Instrument Deptt.):-* Participated in Erection, testing & Commissioning of the Instrumentation of their large Ammonia - Urea Project. I was second in command for Instruments Department and was looking after Ammonia, Urea, PP and Off-sites after successful commissioning of the complex as Jt. Manager (Inst). In addition, acted as Unit Head in absence of the Unit Head for about Six Months .I was also instrumental in successfully bringing up this Project from Construction to Commissioning in record time and with minimum teething problems and thereafter debottlenecking to increase its production level from 2600MT/D urea to 2950 MT/D ( About 12% increase) .
