      Responsible for monitoring files to ensure that loans remain compliant and in good standing with any Order of the court pertaining to their Mortgage while in bankruptcy.Monitor each file received on a weekly report for compliance by verifying that the debtor is paying in a timely matter and the correct mortgage amount.For each loan with an issue of compliance I review the court docket for any Motions or Orders filed by the Debtor’s attorney or the Chapter 13 Trustee.With each of my accounts with an arrearage amount being paid through the Chapter 13 trustee, I verify that disbursements are being sent from the Trustee and that the claim information is listed correctly with the trustee and on Wells Fargo’s system. I review each file to verify if litigation will be needed due to a violation of a court order or non-compliance of 45 to 61 days for payment of their monthly mortgage payment. Show less
