      To facilitate the transformation of department culture and processes to be compliant with Humber's Gender Diversity Policy and the introduction of new competencies, activities included: - client consultation to identify project scope and goals;- a learners needs to assess trans inclusion knowledge, skills and attitudes for the design of a baseline training; - facilitation of baseline training for 120 employees, followed by a focus group of functional teams to identify inclusion barriers and supports; - development of trans inclusion competencies and job aides; and- Facilitation of a half day training on how to integrate new competencies into job roles.
