Successful streamline with no increase in operational headcount for Aiwa throughput.Range Stocking - Development of Supply chain process and supporting systems for bi-annual Range stocking Sales Programme. SAP R/3, DCS Warehouse mgt system and Access development. Distribution within the 4 week Range stocking period was increased from approximately 40% to 85%.Returns Centre Implementation- established a one stop Faulty stock Returns Centre for Sony and Aiwa consumer returns.
