      Projects Included:The Customer Operations Project- this project saw the integration of Finance; Sales Administration of National, Independents and Sony Centre accounts; Inventory Services and Procurement ensuring the use of a single operating system (SAP r3) and standard processes and practices between these areas and the rest of the business. This was achieved through a phased organisational and cultural transformation plan moving the reputation of SONY Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics in line with its then growing market share. This involved:AS-IS process mapping across all divisions of SONY UK LtdDefinition and Design of the TO-BE Future State Barrier RemovalImplementation of Future StateBenchmarking using 'First Pass Yield'.Simplification of Warehousing and Distribution- this involved the absorption of the Warehousing and Distribution operation into 3 dedicated sites as opposed to 6 across the UK and the start up of a third party network. From tender through to contract and successful start up and review.; The Integration of Aiwa - The integration of the Aiwa and Sony UK operational systems and processes whilst maintaining a separate Sales company. Successful streamline with no increase in operational headcount for Aiwa throughput.Range Stocking - Development of Supply chain process and supporting systems for bi-annual Range stocking Sales Programme. SAP R/3, DCS Warehouse mgt system and Access development. Distribution within the 4 week Range stocking period was increased from approximately 40% to 85%.Returns Centre Implementation- established a one stop Faulty stock Returns Centre for Sony and Aiwa consumer returns.
