  2012-2014Tongva Park, Santa Monica, CADesign-build of a new 7-acre park. W.E. O’Neil partnered with world renowned Architect, James Corner Field Operations as the lead Landscape Architect. The 7-acre park consists of many unique design elements. The project was fully coordinated with BIM. Multiple award winner.2013-2014Regency Westlake Village, Westlake Village, CARemodel of an existing 315,000 SF outdoor mall in Westlake Village for Regency Centers. Work includes façade, storefront upgrades, new roofing, removal and replacement of all existing hardscape, removal and replacement of all parking lots, removal and replacement of hazardous trees.2015Occidental College Hameetman Center, Los Angeles, CAPhase 1 of an interior renovation of university administrative and student support space. Includes high end finishes, glass, millwork and HVAC/lighting replacement. The project was fully design and coordinated with BIM.2012Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Building 150A Renovation, Redondo Beach, CADesign-build warehouse renovation at building 150A for Northrop Grumman. Renovation included removal existing slab on grade and replacement with 18” thick mat foundation as well as all infrastructure required to support new Vertical Lifting Module (VLM) storage units as part of Northrop Grumman’s global supply chain consolidation.
