Guided and supported students to achieve their learning goals though high quality academic and pastoral support though my role of a personal tutor.

Managing communications between the functional departments was the success to my role. A critical element of work was keeping up to date with occupational and labour market information. I was responsible for the day to day delivery of careers at the Merrist Wood campus.

As a confident facilitator I am able to deliver elements of the programme whilst negotiating with third parties and key stakeholders were required. My strong planning or organisational skills allow me to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently and always to completion with my independent pro active approach.I have proactively delivered on all elements of the early careers life cycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, supporting key stakeholders; managers and their graduates, appreciates, summer placements and Year In Industry students through the program, L&D including development centres to organising end of year celebration ceremonies.
