      Provided strategic leadership to the team in the identification of transformational process improvement initiatives, stakeholder relationship management, & facilitation of stakeholder requirement elicitation sessions to deliver client-focused solutions across various business areas within the Bank, Pension, Asset Management, & Insurance business.Notable accomplishments:• Designed & deployed end-to-end automation of Card Operations processes (Interswitch POS Acquiring & VISA Issuing Dispute Management) as well as Domestic payment process (NIBSS & USSD Dispute Management, NIBSS Settlement for Microfinance Banks) leading to estimated annual cost savings of over Forty million Naira (N40, 000,000). • Trained & led 115 staff members across 40+ branches on the adoption of workflow tool to onboard new clients & avail Personal Loan products to customers. • Championed the Implementation of Business Intelligent Dashboard for Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers & Stanbic IBTC Asset Management; to provide visibility performance monitoring, ease of report generation & prompt management decision making. • Improved the TAT for the bulk account opening process by 40% through the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (Workfusion). • Managed the deployment of BOTs for an end-to-end automation of the Bank’s VISA POS Settlement process, and Trapped Card Hot listing process which eliminated human intervention with projected annual savings of Fifteen Million Naira (N15,000,000) & reallocation of five (5) resources. • Deployed eight (8) automated branch reports designed with Microsoft PowerApps. These automated reports have standardized report delivery across the branch network, provide structured data for analysis as well as real-time data availability.• Re-designed & improved the efficiency and effectiveness of Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers Business management platform to ensure proper tracking of requests, effective reporting, improved TAT & customer experience.
