  I manage the design of various types of buildings involving multidisciplinary engineering teams. Types of buildings I work on are residential towers, airports, libraries, educational buildings & campuses, and laboratories throughout the country. All buildings have a sustainable design aspect to them. Almost all my projects are seeking some level of LEED certification. At Arup "We Shape a Better World".

  I am responsible for coordinating all aspects of mechanical engineering within the Mechanical department. I ensure that projects are properly resourced, production stays on track to meet budgets and deadlines, and that proper trade coordination occurs. Not only will I manage and engineer my projects, answer RFPs and submit fee proposals, but I manage the quality control program executed on all deliverables by the mechanical team. To make sure this happens as efficiently as possible I manage the team's technical development, review and update the department standard details, specifications, and calculations. Show less
