This was achieved without any formal training in QA and completed in three weeks.- Initiated risk mitigation measures and protected company data by consulting with legal vendors for guidance on Development tools for Acoustic.- Seized new opportunity to embrace a new challenge by volunteering to draft business requirements for SFDC Communities for Customer Support.
