The property includes a 235 space car park and 20,000 ft² of offices. The site also consists of two 23 storey residential tower blocks, leased back to the local authority.· Developed commercial awareness, analysing retailer turnover figures and footfall data, understanding the importance of knowing how the centre and the businesses within it, is performing.· Reduced the centre's carbon footprint by introducing a lighting management system, turning off banks of lights during daylight hours and implementing a lights out policy among all staff.· Eliminated waste to landfill by implementing an energy from waste solution and introduced a mixed recyclables scheme, offering a simpler two stream solution to retailers.· Analysed the tender documentation for the centre's hard and soft services and contracting the best providers by finding the optimum balance between innovation and cost.· Delivered the soft and hard services of the centre within budget by keeping accurate records and monitoring expenditure.
