  Virtual Member Manager (VMM) is a user registry component of WebSphere Application Server which combines heterogeneous repositories to provide a unified view of all underlying users in all of them. VMM Supports FILE, DB, LDAP and LocalOS registry ,RACF etc. And provides a way to interact with the wide set of users with lot of operations like create,delete,update, login etc.Responsibilities Handling day-to-day tickets (PMRs) from wide variety of customers across the globe. Understanding customer’s problem and suggest solution by following SLAs. Have customer calls and screen share sessions as and when required to resolve issues quickly. Fixing implementation and delivering patches. Closely working stack product teams. Work on new RFE (Request for new feature enhancement) proposed by customers and stack products. Participate and contribute in Product design and processes for improvement. Assign PMRs to team members. Discussion on Weekly status report of the PMRs and APARs with management. Weekly call with Level 2 support to improve productivity and PMR analysis. Support for Websphere Application Server versions 6.1, 7.0, 8.0 and 8.5.5, Liberty.
