  Luego de la adquisición de dos empresas, estuve a cargo de la integración al nivel infraestructura de las mismas. Tango a nivel networking como a nivel lógico. Ambas empresas fueron integradas al dominio de Pecom y al sistema colaborativo, la complejidad con una de las empresas estuvo en migrar todo el contenido desde un Tenant de O365 hacia uno nuevo. Y luego migrar todas las cuentas onpremises hacia ese Tenant. Todos estos proyectos fueron coordinados con los distintos coordinadores de sitios y jefe de service delivery.Le desafío fue cambiar la infraestructura de networking y adaptarla a una infra preparada para cloud. Tanto para el acceso del usuario final, como de los diferentes servicios movidos a la nube.A cargo del manejo de los nuevos proyectos y proyectos en etapa de implementación, lastecnologías utilizadas, van desde Active Directory 2008 (integración de la plataforma regional con la corporativa), Exchange 2010, TMG, IRONPORT, BlackBerry Enterprise 5.0 /10, Lync2010/ 2013. Virtualización en HyperV 2008 /2012. Utilización de PowerShell para Active Directory, Exchange,Lync, etc, para elaboración de reportes y monitoreo.Elaboración de baselines para AD, utilización de GPOs, y mejores prácticas de hardening de servers y aplicaciones.
