      Gyrotonic gets people moving in a balanced way beyond any perceived limitations. The tower, which is used to perform the exercise, takes gravity off of the body and/or provides feed back to the body in order to maximize fluidity and strenghth in the movements humans were made to do. The system is a gift to anyone looking for transformation and I am so grateful to be a part of that process for myself and others.
