  My youngest son was born with a rare terminal disorder and there wasn't a lot of services for them. I started a non-profit charity and we raised money each year to give to these wonderful children and adults throughout the country and in hospital the equipment and aids they needed to live a life of joy and happiness. We decided to close the charity since our son has passed away and we need this time to grieve.

  I started as the sole customer service representative for a small, family owned business. I have worked my up way to now being the lead customer service agent and I also handle purchase orders, regular orders, online and phone orders from the beginning to the customer receiving the products and making sure they are satisfied. I have learned a lot about how a small business runs behind the scenes and how to market towards your customer target.

  I worked directly with a speech pathologist in billing the state of Oklahoma for Medicaid and Medicare patients in the OKDHS portal for speech therapy claims and services. The speech pathologist retired and I decided to continue my education.
