  Part of a small team that took this challenge from idea to 500+ participants across 8 different provinces within the span of less than 3 months.Responsible for outreach (media, cold-calling, among other methods). Leading to engagement far surpassing the upper bound of expectations.Lead role with regards to the informational component of the challenge, communicating with hundreds of participants through both email and Facebook.Adapted to constantly evolving demands, exceeding targets led to increased responsibility and novel challenges.Assisted with the analysis of the effectiveness of the initial year, while helping establish relationships and infrastructure that will allow it to be run for years to come.
