  Develop, manage, and implement internal staff training for more than 250 staff. Trainings are focused on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and working with individuals with Autism. In addition to internal trainings, I create and conduct professional development trainings for other schools and agencies through our outreach department. The position is responsible for oversight of Eden’s Early Intervention Program and cases, supervision of part-time therapists, assisting with providing staff entry level and Outreach training, district and agency professional consultation, and supporting the Director of Clincal Services. All services and training provided are based in Applied Behavior Analysis and Eden's Curriculum.
