We all want our ‘happily ever after, but we weren't taught the skills to create this. Without the skills and capacity for a new kind of intimacy, we could find the ‘perfect’ man, but our body/nervous system will perceive this us unfamiliar and unsafe, and therefore reject or sabotage it.We help you: - Create a vision for your desired relationship - Identify and resolve patterns + wounding - Feel confident in all aspects of dating + relating (understanding your values, navigating new commitment, expressing needs + boundaries, conflict resolution etc)- Develop the skills for healthy relating (i.e. communicating your needs + boundaries, effectively resolving conflict + creating repair, navigating anxiety/avoidance, etc.)- Create the capacity for healthy intimacy w/o sabotaging it - Create secure attachment with self - overcome shame, self criticism, body image issues etc - Feel safe, empowered and authentically expressed in your sexuality ➤ WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:Unlike talk therapy, we’re not going to spend years discussing your childhood with no real outcome. Unlike dating coaches, we don’t just focus on the tactics of dating (behaviors), we help you identify and address issues at the subconscious root cause level.
