  Producer for Words with Friends - Drove three pods of 5-8 developers for Words with Friends to meet monthly feature release goals across all target platforms, planning and overseeing releases, and ownership of the Words With Friends dictionary. Served as JIRA admin and managed the process for Bug and Task tracking. Managed the contracting process for all outside vendors for the With Friends studio. As more producers joined the team, focused my efforts on the Android and Windows Phone platforms, working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, QA and numerous outside teams to ship high-quality on-time releases. Provided feedback to designers on feature design, and designed several features personally including match-creation using NFC technology on Android devices and facilitating marriage proposals seamlessly on the game board. Producer for FarmVille iOS - Owned and managed a team of 4 developers and 5 QA for FarmVille iOS to produce monthly content and feature updates, working very closely with the FarmVille web client team and our shared server team to foresee technical issues and prevent downtime. Redesigned existing web features to work on mobile devices, and drove the implementation of the improved sale system, allowing for record revenue days for FarmVille iOS. When FarmVille iOS was to be replaced with FarmVille Express, I drove the sunset process for the title, requiring heavy coordination with Zynga's customer service, marketing, public relations and legal teams.
