      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Solvay's North American companies, including determining sourcing strategy, creating and publishing job postings, screening resumes, arranging and conducting interviews, facilitating post-interview debriefs, creating and extending offers, coordinating the on-boarding process for incoming employees, designing and executing the college recruitment program, and maintaining tracking reports/databases.

      Oversee the people-related elements of global transformation projects, including organizational design, change management, culture and engagement, and related activities. Projects have included large-scale internal mergers, significant excellence initiatives, M&A activities, and - most recently - Solvay's separation into two independent companies. Oversee global change management activities for the Composite Materials GBU, as related to key workstreams/projects and significant transformation efforts. Provide direct HR support to ~90 site-based and remote employees, as well as managing/participating in strategic HR initiatives for the GBU as a member of the HR leadership team. Lead a team of dedicated specialists committed to delivering high-quality, effective development opportunities in North America. Work closely with regional management, HR partners, and Corporate Learning to identify and implement solutions needed to boost business performance, grow leaders, and enhance professional and interpersonal skills. Serve as a subject-matter expert and partner with internal customers in North America to identify development needs, build appropriate plans, and put strategic learning solutions in place to grow talent and drive performance. Participate on a regional – and later global – HR shared services team that partners with internal customers in the development and delivery of projects and services within the areas of Staffing, Learning, Career Management, Performance Management and Culture, with particular emphasis on specific process areas at various times over the course of the position.
