It meant I travelled the country, saw a lot of depots and learnt so much about how to design and deliver training to suit your audience. It was my first venture into Training and a fantastic eye opener for me.One of the major projects I was proud of was launching a new cultural initiative to all senior managers and helping them cascade it down to their staff and embed it within the organisation. I also dealt with the first group on the talent programme for a number of 'shining stars'. By the end of this programme a third of candidates had obtained promotion. Show less
