  Folk herbalism, community grassroots plant-based healthcare and a wise woman tradition approach based on Peoples Medicine is Medicine of the People. Plant-based medicine is the primary medicine for 80% of the world’s population. It is my mission to make learning and using herbal remedies accessible to everyone. I focus on local plant allies, common plants and sustainability in plant medicines. Similar to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs there's an opportunity for individuals, families or households to become 'members' by purchasing annual or seasonal shares in exchange for a variety of herbs and botanical products. By participating each season, members receive seasonally aligned botanical medicines, similar to the seasonal foods principle that are delivered or picked up at conveniently designated community locations. I strive to buy (or grow) as many of the herbs and items to make the products as local as possible. An herbal share and delivery may include fresh, bulk, organic, wildcrafted and fair-trade herbals: Handcrafted products consisting of but not exclusively: Tinctures (simples and blends), Elixirs, Oxymels, Vinegars, Linaments, Ointments, Salves, Syrups, Teas, Infused Herbal Oils, Bitters, Pastilles and much, much more. These are the recipes that I am personally making to use with my family to keep us happy & healthy all year long! I may also occasionally include something by another local crafter. These are all made in small batches with organically grown or wildcrafted herbs of the highest quality sourced from ethical growers and suppliers or picked with my very own hands.
