      Leadership roles were retitled firmwide in 2021, resulting in the change from Senior Managing Director to Director.I’m responsible for the lifecycle of the front-line employee experience in Sales and Service as they support our RIA clients, in addition to strategic support of the Sales organization in driving their priorities.
