Shortly joining as Director, Gramin Farm Works, Bhubaneswar ( Odisha) based Society for up-liftment of livelihood of rural poor through organic farming.

    • Seed Certification for a pretty long period - since 1990 to 2013(February). Though not entered into organic certification, developed the State Organic Certification Agency, Odisha in public sector.

      Now it is Odisha State Organic Certification Agency (OSOCA) duly accredited by NAB , INDIA since June,2012.2012
