  From June 2016 until now I have been involved as Project Manager in the development of one of the new Maserati Levante. In this role I was responsible to manage the project timing, to integrate the design requests and to evaluate their impact on the project.From June 2015 to June 2016 I worked as Project manager on the projects Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio. I was responsible to develop the fuel system within the targets (technical and economics) defined by the customer (steering committee).It was exciting and challenging working on a project developed in different countries since most of the suppliers are not from Italy. Merging and making functional experiences, attitudes, cultures was sometime stressing but extremely positive.Working with Maserati was a very positive experience that has changed my managerial approach.With this project I had the possibility to stretch my competences and my know how in all development phases (concept, development, prototyping, testing, manufacturing and launch).
