  Brief Overview:Member of an elite group of professionals with diverse professional backgrounds providing in-depth financial and technical planning studies for the creation of megaprojects at national and international levels. Worked closely with multidisciplinary groups (architects, mechanical / chemical / electrical engineers, land and quantity surveyors, environmentalists, lawyers, geologists, economists etc.) for the completion of studies. Key contributions include:- Liaised with government officials and researched market to find and gather primary information for the completion of major projects private and public projects including planning and evaluating, investment & EU-funded. Programme evaluations, environmental and sustainability planning, MIS development and financial planning.- Conducted financial and feasibility studies, wrote financial and technical reports, conceived project methodology and policies for the completion of over 52 projects during tenure.Major projects include, but not limited to: i. Flood management & safety planning in Thessaly, Ipiros and Western Sterea Ellada (2015), ii. Financial management and GIS (mapping) project coordinator for the purpose of urban and regional planning of all scales,iii. Planning and financial evaluation of urban development impact iv. Evaluation of EX ANTE, ON GOING, EX POST project (financial management / MIS and database development) (1996 - 2006),v. Regional planning in S. Aegean (1997) and reevaluation (2013),vi.
