      The Bridge is a charitable agency working in the Hamilton area with people affected by crime. They provide discharge planning in the Hamilton-Wentworth Detention Centre, ongoing reintegration planning, mental health support, transitional housing, and support groups for family members of offenders and ex-offenders. In order to accomplish this they partner with McMaster University, Mohawk College, The John Howard Society, Hamilton Hospital, The St Leonard Society of Hamilton and The Salvation Army. (http://hamilton-bridge.ca) The Bridge needs funds for House Repairs; Wingfest Sponsorships; Little Children Big Challenges:Incarceration (by Sesame Street); A New Facility; Ongoing and New Programs; Videos For Promotional UsesOur seventh annual dinner and silent auction was held at MIchelanglos on Upper Ottawa Street on November 10 2016 featuring guest speaker ‘Beth Bromberg ‘,musician Cory Cruise and MC Mike Nabuurs. Presently, we are working on "Simply Fabulous Gourmet Dinner and Cooking Demonstration" on February 21st at the Salvation Army Citadel on Upper Stone Church.
