  Since the inception, Personal Benefit Financial has had the unique position of providing financial planning to government employees and seminars to government agencies. Formed in 1977 as a financial services firm, the organization was approached in 1980 by the Office Personnel Management to begin seminars for government employees concerning their options as they planned for retirement. Thanks to the responses of attendees, the speakers now present 30 to 40 seminars a year. Working with nearly every major government agency, our firm provides one day, two and three-day seminars to help employees make critical decisions about retirement.
