  Responsible for the readiness, training, morale, discipline and tactical proficiency of 110 Seabees. Deployed to the Pacific theater for contingency readiness and construction operations. Planned and executed the movement of hundreds of troops and 9 million pounds of equipment and cargo in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

  Responsible for the award and execution of construction, repair, facilities support and environmental clean-up contracts valued at over $43M with an annual work-in-place of $33M. Supervised 15 civilians.

  Assistant Operations Officer

  Led 90-person Integrated Product Team executing $600M per year in planning, design, construction, and facilities services support for 10 Navy and Marine Corps installations throughout Japan, Korea, Singapore and Diego Garcia. Served as link between vertical execution of all facility and engineering support as well as horizontal coordination of all business & support lines.

  Assistant Inspector General for Facilities and Installations. Part of Inspections team for Navy Inspector General reporting directly to SECNAV; served as the Navy's lead inspector for facilities, environment and energy-related issues at Navy installations worldwide.

  Director of facilities for Navy installations in Portsmouth, Virginia. Responsible for leading 230 personnel overseeing a $4B physical plant including all construction, repair, maintenance, environmental compliance, facilities services and over $400M in contracting for a wide range of tenants including the east coast's largest nuclear capable shipyard and a major Naval Medical Center.
