  Guy is a Senior Associate at Condon & Cook where his diverse practice includes the prevention, detection, and litigation of fraudulent claims. Since joining Condon & Cook, Guy has litigated a wide range of cases involving breach of contract, "bad faith," personal injury, premises liability and property law in trial and appellate courts throughout Illinois. He also devotes a considerable amount of his practice to assisting insurers with assessing their coverage obligations under either personal or commercial policies. Guy was invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), which requires sponsorship from an insurer that already is a fellow in CLM. He also is licensed to teach continuing education courses for insurance adjusters in numerous states. Guy also was asked to join the Appellate Lawyers’ Association based on his experience in the appellate courts.   In February 2016, Guy joined the Litigation Section of the Law Department at State Farm after 15 years of private practice in Chicago, Illinois. In his current role, Guy is part of the team that reviews, approves and manages proposed affirmative litigation, which frequently focuses on the detection, prevention, and prosecution of complex systemic insurance fraud. Guy also is responsible for supervising certain extra-contractual litigation against the Company.
