  Manager Systems Engineering, Verification and Configuration Management

  I was manager for system design and verification of filter systems for various mobile systems. There was a major focus on growth during this period and I expanded the department from 10 to 25 persons. The system designers were technical specialists in radio and I worked a lot with introducing new staff and with building competence in the field for the entire unit by arranging Friday lectures for all staff. I also worked with methodological and organisational development and renewal of the web-based testing and systems engineering processes.In the verification department we were responsible for the quality of newly developed filters and combiner systems by testing the function, radio performance, mechanical performance, product safety and EMC. I built the department from 5 to 10 persons and was involved the test methods, processes and testing tools that were used. A new test lab was built during this period, that we shared with another department in our field.Configuration Management (CM) was also a part of my department. I worked with building understanding for the importance of this area.During this period I was also involved with the union Civilingenjörsförbundet (CF) and I was a deputy director of the board of Ericsson Radio Access, representing CF.
