  My next career move was to a busier site and I become the youngest Kitchen Manager in the history of the company. I perfected my coaching technique working with a large team. I gained huge insight into ways of generating revenue and hitting targets. In my third year we hit over £1million in sales. This was down to hard work, time management and a great team ethic. Another promotion to Assistant Manager followed. Adapted into a professional environment very quickly. Early acquisition of people skills and hard work lead me to gaining a promotion. I am always learning as a person but this role gave me many skills used everyday. Time management and planning are traits needed in many roles as well as forming and keeping a loyal customer base. Very little experience as a chef so showed determination to gain a managerial role quickly.

  This role is where I have mastered the art of premium service whilst in a busy environment. I have gained problem-solving skills whilst working in a large team when everyday can be challenging and completely different. Hit targets year on year and have helped expand the business using social media strategy and great marketing campaigns. Originally started as Kitchen Manager and progressed into a general manager in 2014.
