Led team of 6+ team leads, representing 30+ FTEs (2010), through weekly status, issue identification & resolution. • Managed enhancements to 3rd party software (Activant/Epicor – LaserCat3) for automotive parts lookup, and business process changes to support vendor data requirements to Activant. Maintained positive relationship with vendor through weekly status reviews for timely issue resolution. Scope included business as well as IT workstreams.• Set up infrastructure required to support training development software (Assima), used in conjunction with the new automotive application across 480+ Canadian Tire stores• Led initial analysis + cost estimates for enhancements to canadiantire.ca website for displaying auto parts on-line (i.e. integrating vehicle/part data, images, and inventory)• Set up initial IT work plans for a major new system implementation for PartSource stores.• Rolled out a thin-client software upgrade to 200+ CT stores, plus new corporately-managed PC rollout to 40+ CT stores. • Initiated a $3MM project to define the in-store technology strategic blueprint for Canadian Tire Associate Stores, encompassing Windows utility servers & virtualization, peripherals, and network connectivity.       • For the HealthWATCH pharmacy application, managed four major releases for Ontario, from requirements through to implementation at 500+ stores. This is a major initiative for SDM, with the Ontario project involving 100+ resources from on-shore/ off-shore vendor teams for Dev. & QA, plus internal teams. Managed issues, risks, schedule, status reporting, and budget to deliver quality releases to stores, using Scrum. • Managed the Nova Scotia & New Brunswick versions of HealthWATCH for three releases, which included integration with provincial eHeath organizations. • Led a small team for a Proof of Concept to add Mobile POS to the existing in-store iPad, working with three vendor partners to deliver the solution. • Managed project to migrate Informatica 9.1 workflows to a 9.6 version hosted at Loblaw, used for ETL processes for the BI reporting environment. Worked with Loblaw infrastructure teams to set up new servers, service IDs, utilities, and network connectivity for Prod. & Non-Prod. environments. • Led project for migrating SDM Microstrategy reporting to a new environment at Loblaw. This was a high visibility project as it impacted 500+ SDM users, transitioning IDs to the new environment.• Managed final implementation for the Reporting Project of the new Optimum (Load to Card) program, for ETL processes (Informatica/Netezza), job schedules (Tivoli/Maestro), Microstrategy reports, and transition to sustaining organization. • Managed setup of a new ETL environment (Linux, VMware, Oracle, Informatica). • Led team through business case for a Windows 7 desktop upgrade across Shoppers, including dependent infrastructure upgrades (e.g. Active Directory, SCCM 2012). Managed the RFP process to select a system integrator to lead the implementation. • Led implementation phase of a mobile device management SaaS solution (AirWatch) for iPads used at SDM in-store beauty boutiques.
