      ERIS Shared Services/Intake Triage Group - Detailed review and triage of change requests to the Epic application and systems interfaced with it. Requires a broad understanding of the application along with the clinic or hospital structure in order to obtain appropriate reviews/approvals needed for each request. This role requires maintenance of a very large routing rules document that helps determine routing, which I helped create. I also am using my previous UX experience to improve the change request process and the systems used to submit requests by conducting usability studies/interviews with various levels of users (from general users to informaticists). Show less User Experience Designer (UXD) on the Plummer Project to implement Epic EHR system across all Mayo Clinic sites. In addition to UXD activities and being an active member of the Usability Executive Subcommittee, I created the training materials for the Nursing mobile device (Rover), which Epic used going forward, and provided end user training to hundreds of Nursing staff, for which I received an "Above & Beyond" award nomination as well as very positive post training survey feedback. I also assisted with planning, standing up, and managing the Provider Support Line during multiple go-lives in all locations, as well as a support line to manage calls related to applications being decommissioned. I assisted with development and maintenance of the UX Style Guide in order to provide build standards for the application and am often requested as a resource for optimization opportunities.
