Project Cost: (USD 10 million)• Successfully closed billing till date for a State Electrical Distribution System • Brought in revenue of (USD 6 million).Operation and Maintenance of NH-4 between Km 189 to Km 260 & Km 260 to Km 340 in the State of Karnataka (two projects) (USD 8 million)• Analyzed and submitted a successful tender under tight schedule of four days set by the management for both national highway maintenance projects for a total length of 151 Km (94 miles) in the state of Karnataka (USD 8 million)• Developed electronic billing systems to monitor sites remotely cutting down travelling by 50%and bill preparation time from a week to 4 hours ensuring faster cash flow.Completed Projects:Construction of a 40 km (24.8 mile) stretch of NH-9 between Pune and Solapur Project Cost: (USD 37 million)Operation and Maintenance of Katraj and Khambatki tunnels.• Closed final billing delayed for 2 years for Operation of Maintenance of NH-4 including Tunnel and Toll Plaza Maintenance earning a sum of (USD 0.6 million).Preparation of Claims for Arbitration suits according to contractual and legal stipulations.
