I successfully led human resource activities, including setting employee key performance indicators, conducting staff performance reviews, and establishing incentive strategies for staff to achieve and exceed their KPI’s. My role encompassed using strong stakeholder engagement, collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to determine business requirements for the implementation of the self-service kiosk project, PDE device upgrades and Windows SOE creation. Furthermore, I successfully managed the upgrade of all 2000 PDE devices nationwide to Avalanche PDE device management environment, as well as led the implementation of the interactive video conferencing upgrade, enabling the user to draw and interact with the white board and save the interactions through the computer. Notably, I successfully led the development and implementation of the Windows SOE using Microsoft and Dell KACE 2000, facilitating a swift turnaround time to integrate and transfer all software from one computer to another, effectively increasing process efficiency by over 50%. 收起

      As Environments and Deployment Manager, I collaborated with the DevOps lead to deliver a $40million digital transformation and organisational change management project for a national Queensland based rail company from paper-based scheduling to an advanced planning and scheduling electronic system. I successfully built the testing environments and extended the deployment systems to facilitate multiple application configurations, as well as developed and implemented monitoring scripts for the JBoss application and operating system to support the project support teams. Furthermore, I critically analysed production field data for performance testing across development and integration teams and took part in monthly sprints from the US development team. This encompassed utilising Oracle and the SDLC to plan the deployment of the new software into the new environment and using JAVA to build and break the code across 27 different servers. In addition, I developed and documented the software implementation process for all environments, tested new software releases, and collaborated with the development and test teams to perform troubleshooting and patching. Effectively providing timely updates of environments’ availability and status via daily emails and weekly meetings, I attended CAB when required and acted as customer liaison for any technical issues.In my role, I escalated or updated defects in Atlassian JIRA and CA Rally, as well as wrote Shell and PowerShell scripts for server administration usage and basic SQL queries. I led the development of the training manual for the train conductors to operate the advanced planning and scheduling software from Quintiq, facilitating train maintenance, planning, and scheduling 2 years out. Notably, I successfully built the new Linux and Wintel servers. This facilitated scripting the drop and recreation of SQL databases and tables using Jenkins in 20 minutes as opposed to 4 hours. 收起
