  As an alumni of the Apple Pi robotics team I have developed team building, communication, project development, and analytical skills. In this team, we worked hard to develop robots to compete in different games. My experience include designing and building the robot. During the build season, our team coordinated our activities to maximize the efficiency in the development process. While in competition, we collected data on other robots to make the best choice for future alliances.

  Group Project Manager

  I led a group that developed a new idea for a startup company and showed how it can be successful. We preformed environmental analysis and defined our goals for the company. The prices, products, distribution, and promotional tactics were optimized for the current market conditions. Our group then presented our findings in a final report to the rest of the class. This provided me with experience in managing a group project, prioritization, and planning.

  Bloomberg Terminal Experience

  Attended 45 minute seminars that cover Fundamental Navigation, Economic Analysis, Equity Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Fixed Income Analysis. After completion, I successfully passed the Bloomberg market concepts certification on the Bloomberg terminal. This experience provides me essential market information, statistics, and how to apply them in different situations. It also provides insight into economic indicators, value of currencies, the bond market, and a breakdown of equities.
