Nov 2019 - Mar 2020Summer ScholarOver the 2019/20 summer period I received a scholarship from Victoria University and the New Zealand Law Society to research ethical challenges for in-house lawyers. The role saw me undertake a literature review of relevant contemporary literature and also interview a number of in-house lawyers. The project involved producing a final report for to the Law Society outlining a number of recommendations which will be used to update their guidelines on dealing with ethical challenges.
