  PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Serve as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator for the 165th Airlift Wing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPR). Provide command team guidance as the subject matter expert on policy and victim care. Ensure comprehensive advocacy services are provided for victims of sexual assault and complainants of sexual harassment. Connect clients to services, safety plan, provide support, and serve as a liaison between the clients and the Command Team. Coordinate to ensure that unit victim advocates have the appropriate CEUs to maintain credentialing status. Use metrics to evaluate the environment to create prevention initiatives for the installation. Evaluate and inspect to ensure units are in compliance with the organizational inspection program (OIP). COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS: Established Memoranda of Understanding with two local sexual assault response facilities to ensure direct care is available for the Air Force National Guard service members. Active in partnership with local law enforcement to expedite reporting of assaults. Engage in community education for both military and local agencies. As part of a Spanish-speaking anti-violence collaborative, participate in prevention community events.
