  In 2014, I lobbied to be Social Media Manager along with my other duties as Lead Graphic Designer to increase our brand awareness and to be involved in the conversation on social media. Through this change I also became Brand Ambassador responsible for increasing our brand awareness and presence throughout the community of Grapevine-Colleyville. As the Social Media Manager I was responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content on all of our social media channels. When I took over this role we went from 40 followers on Instagram to over 1,000 in less than a year. Show less

  For the last 4 years I've grown from just a t-shirt designer into now being the Creative Director, in charge of all of the creative output from our company. That may look like creating social media campaigns for exposure, working with a variety of brands to develop high quality apparel designs and promotional material, planning, organizing, and executing company-specific events, creating and developing multiple online stores for clients, etc. If there was a problem or project, I had the creative solutions and recipe to turn it into a success.
