Inspired by the lack of representation and support for BAME women in our community, we envisioned a space where empowerment, diversity, and unity could flourish. Our aims with this society are to uplift one another, provide resources and opportunities for personal and professional growth, and foster a sense of belonging among BAME women in Lincoln. Show less
