FIRM has developed a Quality Control Schedule by visualizing the construction progress and making sure that the contractor(s) demonstrate compliance to the specifications, thus ensuring transparency to all parties involved (owner, contractor, supervisor and other stakeholders). As QA Manager I am primarily responsible for FIRM’s quality management system. As FIRM we are proud to say that we were the first ISO9001:2008 engineering firm in Suriname, and for years the only one.
