  Lead Psychological Services Provider

  Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Director, Psychological Services, the Lead Psychological Services Provider will support the development and oversee the implementation of psychological services and programming for Team USA including assigned National Governing Bodies (NGBs) throughout the country. The Lead Psychological Services Provider is also responsible for leading a team of Psychological Services Providers. The Lead Psychological Services Provider will assist the Senior Director in developing and implementing the clinical pathways for psychological assessment, referrals, treatment and interventions, and management and will serve as a case manager for psychology referrals. The Lead Psychological Services Provider is clinically competent and continuously maintains current licensure and certification in the field. The Lead Psychological Services Provider must be experienced in the care of elite and diverse athlete populations, in creating and completing medical documentation, and in leading a team of psychological services providers. The Lead Psychological Services Provider will provide treatment that spans the spectrum of psychological care for athletes from mental performance to mental health concerns and mental illness.
