  • Prepare and update monthly, quarterly and yearly Project Cost Reports.• Prepare budget for each item in Bill of Quantities and expenses of newly awarded project and discuss with the Senior Cost Control Engineer• Create the budget cost code structure for every newly awarded project• Analyze and provide budget for each item in the daily comparison sheet from Contracts & Procurement Department• Analyze and verify the budget on the site equipment request if as per the budget• Verify cost code for all daily invoices, payment certificates and other payables• Analyze daily reports received from project site; take necessary action for any concern• Communicate with the concerned project/department for activities exceeding the budget which requires preventive and corrective actions• Analyze and update the budget change request every three months• Verify and monitor all equipment according to the requested period and quantity• Assess actual percentage of each cost code structure required for Monthly Cost Control Report• Backup data in external drive CD and / or regular backup in Central Server.• Lead the department in complying with the Policies and Procedures of the company and that of the state (Qatar Labour Law and Qatar Ministries]• Perform other related duties as advised by the immediate superior عرض أقل
