  My interest in Real Estate began in the mid 1980s. I have dabbled in Real Estate off and on, with this training and that trade quarterly. Then I began investing in earnest in 2005. In the pursuit of something realistic and I have paid for a number of RE Trainings over the last 14 years. Many of these trainings have had really good information. I have learned that each of these companies only support their "Students" as long as they get paid and way too much for the return in my experience. Then this year at the end of January, I ran across another RE guru, if you will, and found out that they have revolutionized the concept of support. Everyone in this training program; Students, Coaches, and Owners alike constantly communicate with each other throughout the day, everyday to field questions, concerns; share victories, fears, doubts, strategies, and they all treat each other as a supportive family!   I get to play with unreleased products & give feedback regarding my experience. Among the responcibilities: 1) Submit bug reports; Observation, detection, reasoning & reporting my findings. 2) Propose New Feature Ideas; During testing we see where adding or expanding feature sets would make the product more appealing & serviceable to customers. 3) Complete Surveys & Polls; Development teams following the testing come up with surveys to get a feel for the various aspects of the product from the testing team. Communicating what we encounter accurately, descripively & completely is key to the testing results. 4) Join Discuss I ons with Other Testers; Working alone as a tester is enhanced by group dynamics in forum discussions. Asking questions about this and that is encouraged and often fruitful when there is a block or you can't find a feature. It also let's you celebrate a discovery or cheer on another's accomplishment. 5) Write Daily Journals; We get to talk about the product as we play, struggle & deal with various aspects of the testing. It's good for the testers to put their thoughts and experiences down for the developers to review. 6) Fill Out Mock Tedtimonials & Reviews; To share how we would talk about the product publicly. Being honest is most helpful. 7) Participate in Test Calls; Sometimes the Beta Mgr will want to call or conference in with the tester to better understand our experiences. Show less
