  My first and foremost role within the NDIA is to ensure I put the participant at the centre of everything I do. I work as part of a high functioning team to design, develop and deliver expert policy advice to the NDIA. I employ my understanding of best practice and my individual knowledge and expertise to make decisions and judgement calls, in alignment with the objectives and values of the NDIA and the government of the day. As part of the NDIA Graduate Program I had the opportunity to complete the APSC Graduate Development Program, inclusive of a major project on Nominees within the NDIS. I also completed three rotations within different NDIA work areas. Developed skills in parliamentary document workflow, policy development and research, project management, data literacy and analysis, and stakeholder management.
