Developed detailed duration estimations, KPI reports using Power BI, Power Pivot, Kanban(Agile) and presented to Rolls-Royce. 11. Provided necessary inputs to Project Management for delivery status, needs and risks. 12. Supported continuous improvement initiatives , prepared review checklists, RFT tracker.
