  I got work experience at an architectural firm for a couple of weeks during high school. While there I was taught the basics in CAD and 3D modeling.

  Work Placement

  I got the opportunity to go to New Zealand for a month to get some work experience with an engineering company. The company fabricated parts and products that are shipped all over the world. while i was there i work with CNC mills, Lathes, Laser and plasma Cutters. As well as leaning to weld, use gas cutters, operate forklifts and overhead cranes. While there i also went on site to see how everything i made was pieced together.As i was there for a month I learned a lot of independence as i had to go on my own and stay with people that I knew through family connections.   I work in the conference and banqueting department of the hotel. Where I wait on big events such as weddings, parties, and Christmas dinners. I have been trained to silver serve and work to a Venue Verdict gold standard something that only a handful of hotels in England have been awarded.
