      QA Lead

      In the first two years my job was to validate various products manually, write testplans to them, communicate with developers about the found issues and report them into the company's bugrecording system. Later I became a QA Lead and my resposibility was to plan and coordinate the complete testing of a more products from scratch one after another upon the product specification in the early stages and upon the upcoming situations after that. I coordinated a team of 5 to 12 people. I also participated telefon conferences with the delivery team based in the USA and wrote detailed reports to them on a regular basis of course in english.
