      Fully responsible for all supply chain personnel and activities including shipping, receiving, warehouse, purchasing and planning for $50M site. Forecast and achieve inventory, sales, and on time delivery metrics. Led high performance teams and kaizens, and acted as the Interim Operations Site Leader for 6 months. As Interim Site Leader, was responsible for activities of 120 cross functional employees and full P&L for the site. Responsible for inventory, sales, and on time delivery for $125M per year site. Led a team of 9 production schedulers and planners across 3 value streams and 20 production lines. Implemented heijunka scheduling board and process, capacity planning tools, and shortage tracking tools. Lead multi-functional project teams that include Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain Professionals, Quality Experts and Configuration Managers to plan and implement various Product Improvement and Retrofit projects for Military and Commercial Aerospace applications. Responsible for all facets of the project including budget, schedule, resource allocation, and change management. Owner of demand forecasting within the SIOP process for all Aftermarket, Distribution, and International Engines business. Measure the accuracy of forecasts over time and adjust. Ensure business will turn product into cash faster than quoting full lead time while minimizing inventory dollars. Review demand spikes and level load the shop floor based on capacity constraints. Maintain daily MRP for Tube Bend, Welding, and New Product Development Lines, including reschedule ins/outs, cancellations, and job creations. Met delivery expectations by scheduling work appropriately, highlighting job shortages, and making overtime decisions based on capacity and demand. Scheduled work for 80 operators across 2 shifts and 5 departments.
