Achievements in this role include:✦ Leading a 10-member team in a $1.5M upgrade of the state tax collection and reporting software, which is expected to generate an ROI of $8.1M over the next five years. ✦ Spearheading an OPEX scanner project using Parascript CheckUltra for CAR/LAR comparison and AllMyChecks for check images. This project is expected to decrease response time to customers by as much as 40%. ✦ Winning the Florida Tax Watch award for transitioning 669 paper applications in 32 licensing categories to an online application system.
